New My Orgs reporting site

Beginning on June 5, the My Orgs section of the Training Management System (TMS) Training and Certification website now has two points of access:

  • My Orgs Reports (New)
  • My Orgs

The My Orgs Reports (New) option provides access to the three reports that have been available within the My Orgs section to query data regarding:

  • Compliance Assessment (showing last date taken)
  • Compliance/Requirements assigned and their statuses
  • Transcript data for the employees, departments or cost centers you oversee

This new, improved option has a different look and feel. It is quicker to respond and easier to use. Please view additional information on the Training and Certifications website—login through Yale’s Virtual Private Network (VPN) may be required. 

The My Orgs option continues to be the place used to drill down to the employee level for purposes of viewing the TMS record in regard to Compliance Assessment, Compliance Requirements and statuses, and an employee’s learning transcript including the ability to print course completion certificates.

Access to the new My Orgs Reports (New) site is automatic for supervisors and for those who currently have access to the My Orgs site. Those who do not have access presently will need to request access via an email to the TMS support team at tmsadm@yale.edu.

We believe that the new, streamlined report site will improve your user experience and drastically reduce the time it has taken previously to run these reports.
