Yale’s LiveSafe team is excited to announce a new feature available to the Yale community. Individuals can now schedule a visit through this app with Heidi the Yale Police Department’s service dog.
Heidi the service dog has been serving the Yale community since September 2020. She specializes in providing companionship and support to members of the Yale and New Haven communities, and she is always looking to bring joy wherever she can.
To request a visit from Heidi, select the card on the bottom of your LiveSafe home screen. Fill out the required fields, and Yale Police Officer Rich Simons will coordinate your visit.
