Is your colleague cold or simply shy? There’s a big difference. Is your client deliberately giving you a hard time or are they anxious in general and asking a lot of questions? Knowing the cause can help you work better with that client.

People are complex and we all have a mix of personality traits, some of which are more obvious than others. Relying on a practical application of personality theory we’ll discuss the major traits describing many of the observable differences in the people we work with.

We’ll share a few anonymous polls to help you better understand these traits in yourself. And we’ll talk about the practical application of this information in our own work, working with clients and with people more broadly. BTW, speaking of figuring people out, rest assured there will be no breakout groups in this session!
