The ePAY website Resources page has been updated to provide the ePAY user community with the following information:

- You will find information on how to request an ePAY site for your credit card acceptance needs
- ePAY FAQ
- Includes Frequently Asked Questions about the ePAY project, requesting/modifying an ePAY site, and User Access Review
- “How To” Training Resources
- Here you will find training resources organized by your ePAY site user role or by topic
- ePAY Project Summary
- An at-a-glance summary of the ePAY project
ePAY Customer Support page
An ePAY Customer Support page has also been added for ePAY site customers and buyers to reference. This page assists customers when they have questions about accessing the site, order refunds/cancellations, receipts, etc. ePAY site departments may also reference this page when they receive inquiries from their customers. Customers can access this page directly from the ePAY site using the Help Link in the left menu.
