Yale Human Resources staff recently promoted - May 2022

Yale Human Resources (HR) is pleased to announce two recent promotions:

Congratulations to Marisa Figueira Director, Employee Relations who will be reporting to Geraldine Sullivan, Assistant Vice President for Employee Relations and Staffing. Marisa has been at Yale since 2008 and has most recently served as an Assistant Director of Employee Relations assigned to Yale Hospitality and Yale Facilities.

In her new role, Marisa will manage the employee relations and human resource functions of staff and programs for the central academic units, professional schools, and multiple academic support departments within Yale University. She will also provide leadership for a team of HR Generalists and administrative support roles.

Congratulations to Gayle Delpo, who was recently promoted to Benefits Operations Manager, reporting to Jodi McCullagh, Director, Employee Services. Gayle has been at Yale since 2020 and most recently served as an Employee Services, Program Coordinator.

In her new role, Gayle will focus on leading staff and HR stakeholders through solutions by improving processes and relationships, enhancing the user experience, and maximizing efficiency and systems. Gayle will manage the day-to-day operations of benefit programs, and senior staff handling escalated inquiries.
