The following draft documents are now available for community review and comment and are posted on the Policies and Procedures drafts website. The documents will be posted on the drafts site for a period of two (2) weeks. Please discuss the documents with the appropriate people in your department and send any applicable feedback to firstname.lastname@example.org.

This set of new policies and procedures is proposed by Human Resources, in collaboration with Finance, Information Technology Services, and other offices. Their purpose is to formally document University decisions regarding hybrid and remote work and to establish the rules, standards, and expectations for the community.
These documents are being presented for their community review period prior to being officially announced and rolled out. They will ultimately serve as part of a larger information and communication campaign that will also include items like website resources, including videos, FAQs, and detailed guidance for managers and individual contributors.
As newly proposed documents, there are no particular changes to highlight. Rather, the documents themselves are the best source of proposed information.
Always check the Policies and Procedures website for the latest revisions of all documents. This will ensure you that are utilizing the most up-to-date version.
