This set of new policies and procedures originates from Human Resources, in collaboration with Finance, Information Technology Services, and other offices. Their purpose is to formally document University decisions regarding hybrid and remote work and to establish the rules, standards, and expectations for the community.
They serve as part of a larger information and communication campaign, currently ongoing, that also includes resources such as videos, FAQs, and detailed guidance for managers and individual contributors. For additional information, please visit Work Models at Yale.
