Yale transitions to new Graduate Student Funding process

Last July, Yale successfully implemented the new Graduate Student Funding (GSF) process using Banner, Workday, and a Data Mart for Graduate School payment transaction execution and reporting. The Graduate Student Payment System (GSPS) was shut down in June, and the plan to decommission the 25-year-old system is on track for the end of this fiscal year.
Corrections and fixes for the new process were prioritized and continue to be remediated with a focus on the Graduate Student experience. Fixes are being implemented and monitored by the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences (GSAS), ITS, Finance, and HCM for a smoother fiscal year 23/24 experience.
