Faculty Annual Compensation Review Process begins April 10

The Faculty Annual Compensation Review business process in Workday will be available beginning on Monday, April 10, 2023. The same processes used in FY22/23 will be used to submit FY23/24 Faculty Compensation recommendations.

 

Authorized business office staff from the FAS Dean’s Office, the professional schools, and the School of Medicine will access the process using the Academic - Faculty Annual Compensation Review dashboard reports. Access to the “Search Faculty as Reviewer” reports (aka the “merit grid”) for compensation recommendation submissions will be available on April 10. A training video and user’s guide will be posted to the workday.training.yale.edu website.
