Update on Operations initiatives

April 28, 2023

In our recent Finance culture survey, we received feedback that staff would like to be better informed of the large projects and initiatives that are happening across Operations, and where you can find more information on them. Therefore, we are providing you with an update on the three large initiatives that are underway and links to additional information. As a reminder, in July of 2022, Jack Callahan announced the launch of a collaborative, multi-year strategy with a goal of supporting Yale’s mission. The strategy consists of three strategic pillars: reinforce and resource Yale’s mission, build a more effective and efficient operating model, and advance Yale’s reputation as a workplace of choice. To accelerate progress on the strategy, three multi-year initiatives are in place: OneFinance, Recruiting, and Learning.

This summary is intended to provide you with a brief overview of each of the initiatives and offer guidance on how to find additional information. To stay abreast of the latest news and updates, bookmark the links below.
