Grant End Date added to Find Spend Authorization / Cash Advances - Yale Report

A new column for “Grant End Date” has been added to the Find Spend Authorization / Cash Advance - Yale report. This report allows users to review details related to spend authorizations, including study participant advances and travel advances.  

Departments are required to review spend authorizations monthly as part of the Financial Review Checklist (FRC). This enhancement will now allow users to identify the grant end dates associated with the open authorizations within one report. This will help ensure timely charging of related expenses and foster proactive monitoring of advances on grants.

This enhancement was generated as part of the OneFinance Financial Review Enhancement Project pilot focused on study participant advances.
