Leased properties tenants to use AssetWorks to submit work request as of July 1

Starting Saturday, July 1, tenants of leased properties will be required to utilize AssetWorks, Yale’s facilities request system, for the submission of both routine and urgent work order requests.

As part of this change, leased property tenants will no longer use flats.yale.edu (Facility Lease Administration and Tenant Services) to submit requests.  

• Full instructions on submitting a request can be found here.
• Work orders placed using flats.yale.edu after July 1 may cause a delay in response.
• AssetWorks allows you to view your notifications, submitted requests, and work order status.  

In cases of fire or danger to life or bodily injury always call 911 first. Otherwise, in case of a building emergency, please call Yale Facilities Operations at 203-432-6888 and they will contact the appropriate parties able to assist you.
