Possible action required: AP invoice submissions return to normal on June 14

  • Starting today, Wednesday, June 14, please resume submitting email invoices without using the previously communicated workaround.
  • A solution that resolves the invoice issue has been enabled as of Tuesday, June 13.


Resolved: Issue caused by a software upgrade affecting the system’s ability to send confirmation emails when submissions contained graphics within the email signature line.

Please resume submitting invoices on June 14 without using the workaround.
