RSI update – New hiring manager toolkit

Summary

The Recruiting Strategic Initiative (RSI) continues progressing toward our North Star, which makes hiring talented and diverse candidates faster. I am excited to announce that a new hiring manager toolkit will be released this summer to the university and will include the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Recruiting Best Practice Toolkit, Hiring Manager Interview Guide, and Evaluation Tool.

Details

This comprehensive toolkit will provide hiring managers with the following:

• Hiring resources that support local DEIB goals based on leading best practices
• Step-by-step guidance for effective interview preparation and candidate selection
• Techniques that accelerate successful recruitment outcomes resulting in the acquisition of highly talented and diverse employees
