Yale Human Resources welcomes new hires – June 2023

Please join us in welcoming the following new hire to our HR community:

Andrew Taylor will join our HR Innovation and Strategic Support (HRISS) team, reporting directly to Ron Lipkins, Director, HRISS. In his role as HCMS Data Integrity and Controls Analyst, Andrew will play a crucial part in analyzing data by utilizing statistical techniques, clustering, and data mining. His work will support our data analytics initiatives, including proactive data review and modeling. Andrew will also bring his expertise in advanced analytics and technology to drive innovation and provide valuable recommendations. Prior to joining us, Andrew worked at the Yale School of Medicine as the Clerkship & Grand Rounds Coordinator.
