RSI update: Hiring manager toolkit resources

Summary

Last month, the Recruiting Strategic Initiative (RSI) team added the interview guide and instructions, interview template with samples, and candidate evaluation tool to the Hiring Manager Toolkit. These updated resources are now accessible to all employees involved in the hiring process.

Details

New resources have been created to accelerate our progress toward our North Star of hiring talented and diverse candidates easier and faster and cultivate the university goal of belonging in a meaningful way at each stage of the hiring process.

We ask that you use the new Hiring Manager Toolkit resources below as you execute your routine activities:
