    Please take note of the following upcoming journal entry deadlines. All dates relate to the June period unless otherwise stated.

    • MFT upload – noon
    • JOURNAL SUBMISSION – 3 p.m.
    • JOURNAL APPROVAL – 5 p.m.
    • ACCOUNTING ADJUSTMENT and PAAs – 5 p.m.

    Journal entry cutoff for Budget Office close. Finalize GA support to units.

    Please note that the 3 p.m. cut-off for approvals is earlier than the 5 p.m. timing during the regular month-end close journal requirements. A Data Mart Reporting Event will follow each of the July journal entry deadlines noted above. For details, please refer to and Year-End Closing Calendar and the Year-end Closing Procedures for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.

    Journal entries in progress will be canceled as of the times noted above to support the period close activities.
