Important information for Bank of America prepaid reloadable debit card holders

Please share the following information with the appropriate individuals in your unit:

Effective August 1, 2023, Bank of America prepaid reloadable debit cards will no longer be loaded. Those with existing card balances may continue to use the funds on the card. Active cardholders will receive a U.S. Bank card mailed to your home address.

Action Required:

• Please look for the U.S. Bank card to arrive in your home mailbox the first two weeks of August. If you do not receive the card by Tuesday, August 15, 2023, please contact Treasury Services.
• If you have a balance on your Bank of America prepaid card, please spend down the funds or have them unloaded by Treasury and complete an expense report to close the Spend Authorization.
• Once the balance is zero, please call the number on the back of the card to close the account. This can also be done online. Once closed please shred or cut the card.
