Summary

• Yale ITS will deploy a patch to the PaperCut print system from 8 - 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, August 20, resulting in an outage.
• Yale’s PaperCut vendor recommends that we implement this patch to prevent interruptions of the PaperCut print service during critical high-volume printing periods.
• Printing through PaperCut will not be available during this time.

Details

Upgraded desktop software will be made available at a later date and is not required at this time.
