Yale Human Resources welcomes new hires – August 2023

Please join us in welcoming the following new hire to our HR community:

Cory Garfman joined the Labor Relations team as a Senior Labor Relations Representative, reporting to Dave Kelly. Cory will serve as the key labor relations professional for the Local 35, police, and security collective bargaining agreements. Cory has over ten years of experience with public and private sector collective bargaining and holds a master’s degree in education from Pace University. Prior to joining us, Cory most recently served as a Labor Relations Representative at the United Public Service Employees Union in Meriden, Connecticut.
