Updated interactive report: Payroll Details

Beginning on Thursday, October 5, 2023, the Payroll Details interactive report available on the Power BI Report Server will have the following enhancements:
- Payroll by Employee All Comp tab:
- Ability to choose multiple individuals in the Worker Employee slicer
