Yale Human Resources Welcomes New Hires – September 2023

Please join us in welcoming the following new hires to our HR community:

David Alpert has joined the Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter, reporting to Ali D’Amico. As a Recruiter, David will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, sourcing, screening, and recommending talent. David has over 12 years of experience in technical recruiting and brings a wealth of background in IT, hiring, and recruitment. Prior to joining us, David served as a Technical Recruiter at Meta Inc. David holds a B.A. in Business Administration & Management from the University of Rhode Island.

Peter Reilly has joined the Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiter, reporting to Ali D’Amico. As a Recruiter, Peter will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, sourcing, screening, and recommending talent. Peter has over 4 years of experience in recruitment and brings a wealth of background in onboarding, staffing, and hiring process requirements. Prior to joining us, Peter served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. Peter holds a B.A. in History from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Meghan Kenny has joined the Admin Ops Employee Relations team as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting the following departments: the Office of Public Affairs and Communications, the Office of Student Affairs and Vice President of Student Life, the Office of the General Counsel, Investments, Agency Accounts, and the Yale Alumni Magazine. Meghan has over 8 years of experience working as a Human Resource Manager and brings a wealth of background in employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent recruitment. Meghan holds an M.S. in Counselor Education from Central CT State University.

Anna Burbank has joined the Admin Ops Employee Relations team as a Human Resources Generalist. Anna will be supporting Central Finance, reporting to Anat Yogev. Anna has over 7 years of experience working as a Human Resources Professional and brings a wealth of background in employee relations, workforce planning, talent recruitment, and benefits. Anna holds a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Connecticut.

Amy Flood has joined the Admin Ops Employee Relations team as a Human Resources Business Partner supporting Facilities. Amy will provide alignment as it relates to HR objectives and initiatives that support the business needs across the organization. Amy has over 20 years of experience working as a human resources professional and brings a wealth of background in employee relations, benefits, leave of absence, recruitment, retention, and training in a union and non-union environment. Amy holds a B.S. in Business Communications from Southern CT State University.

Pasquale Lato has joined the Employee Service Center (ESC) team, reporting to Eileen Pepe, Manager, ESC. Pasquale will serve as the Lead Employee Service Support Specialist. Prior to joining us, Pasquale most recently served as Client Experience Supervisor at WM in Windsor, CT.
