New automated form 3215 FR.10 Individual and Department PCard Limit Changes/Exceptions

Summary

Effective Monday, October 23, 2023, Form 3215 FR.10 Individual and Department PCard Limit Changes/Exceptions will be updated to an electronic format to save time and simplify the request process.

Details

In alignment with our OneFinance North Star, the new automated form will simplify the request process by eliminating the manual PDF form and automating the routing of PCard Limit Changes/Exception requests. PCard users will still access Form 3215 FR.10 as they do today, but the link will bring users to an online form instead of a PDF to fill out. The online form will save considerable time printing/scanning, physically obtaining signatures, and manually transmitting the form through email or other channels. Additionally, you will never risk using an outdated form that previously may have been saved to your computer. This new streamlined request process will automatically route to the queue of the approver(s) provided in the form.

As an additional enhancement, the Purchasing Card department will now have more visibility into the status of the form and where it is in the process. It will also facilitate the collection of data to be evaluated for future process improvements. In response to your feedback, the content on the form has also been updated to clarify instructions.

Effective Monday, October 23, 2023, please begin using the updated Form 3215 FR.10 Individual and Department PCard Limit Changes/Exceptions. If you have submitted the PDF version and it is already in process before or on October 23, those forms will still be accepted. Please use the updated form for any new requests submitted on or after October 23.
