Yale Procurement Paymode network update

Yale Procurement has partnered with Bank of America and Bottomline Technologies to leverage their Paymode network, which includes suppliers currently accepting ACH payments. This collaboration facilitates the transition of 800 Yale suppliers from traditional check payments to ACH payments and provides several advantages for Yale. Notably, it eliminates the need for business offices to collect banking information from suppliers in the Paymode network and submit a supplier change request to add or update banking. 

As part of the initiative, Bottomline will launch a campaign to encourage additional Yale suppliers to join the network. If a supplier contacts you to verify the legitimacy of the campaign, please confirm its authenticity by responding yes.
