The IT Service Management team will soon introduce newly designed support notifications based on customer feedback. These changes will make pertinent information easier to consume.

We crafted the new notifications to draw your eyes to the essential details of your support tickets. Notifications will feature a sleek, intuitive design that looks great and highlights the information that matters most to you.

You can expect to start seeing some updated notifications toward the end of this month; we will be rolling out these changes module by module.
