Learning Strategic Initiative celebrates official launch!

January 29, 2024 marked the official launch date of the Learning Strategic Initiative, including the roll out of Workday Learning. Over two years of work from amazing colleagues in HR and beyond helped unveil a new era of Yale’s streamlined, accessible, and innovative approach to learning and development. LSI team members and sponsors gathered to celebrate this amazing milestone on February 1, with delicious food provided by Yale Catering and a special visit from Yale’s Public Safety service dog, Heidi. Thanks to all for your dedication, commitment, and support in launching the Learning Strategic Initiative.
