Mark your calendar for some winter events

To encourage colleagues across all areas of IT to connect and enjoy time together, the IT Business Office and Administrative teams created several fun-filled events to help warm our winter months.

February

• Tuesday, February 13: IT will host a Town Hall at Zhang Auditorium, School of Management, 165 Whitney Avenue, from 9 to 10 a.m. A light breakfast will be offered in the student commons next to the auditorium at 8:30 a.m.
• Tuesday, February 13: IT will provide Mardi Gras beads to all in-person attendees of the town hall in honor of this cultural event.
• Wednesday, February 14: To celebrate Valentine’s Day, stop by the 4th and 5th-floor large kitchens at 25 Science Park anytime after 11:30 a.m. for cupcakes and candy in the 4th and 5th-floor large kitchens. 

March

• Thursday, March 14: Observe St. Patrick’s Day traditions with an early breakfast of Irish bread, butter, and jam in the 4th and 5th-floor large kitchens of 25 Science Park.
