Update to AHR and FAB report subscriptions

To continue maintaining an accurate and more efficient list of monthly Account Holder Report (AHR) and Financial Activities and Balances (FAB) report subscriptions, the Finance Reporting and Analytics Team is requesting that report owners review all subscriptions in an error status before March 8, 2024. Any subscriptions with an error result of “An error has occurred during report processing.” or “The subscription contains parameter values that are not valid.” that have not been run since Dec. 31, 2022, will be deleted in March 2024. This exercise is being taken to ensure the accuracy of financial information for reporting.

If you have a report subscription that meets the above criteria and you do not wish for it to be deleted, please take action by running the report from your subscription list in order to update the last run date. This can be done by clicking the check box for the report and choosing the ‘Run Now’ option at the top of the screen. Any report that remains in one of the two error statuses with a run date of Dec. 31, 2022, or older will be deleted by March 29, 2024.
