Additional enhancements to the Unexpensed Credit Card Transactions – Yale report

March 27, 2024

What’s New

We’ve heard your feedback! We are pleased to announce that recent changes have been made to the notices and reporting as part of the PCard Auto Suspension Notifications through Workday enhancement that went live on Monday, March 18.

  • For Delegates who cannot see the transaction details in their notification email, the content providing further guidance as to where/how to view the impacted charges has been made more prominent.
  • The Unexpensed Credit Card Transactions - Yale report will include the following features:
    • The “Aging Bucket” prompt has been added to allow end users to easily filter the report based on specific aging buckets.
    • The “Date Loaded From” prompt no longer defaults to a year ago. This will result in either the report returning all “unexpensed” transactions through the current date or allowing end users to specify a date of their choosing.
    • Credit card transactions on “Draft” (not-submitted) expense reports will now be included in the report in support of the new PCard Auto Suspension process.
    • “Expense Report” and “Expense Report Status” fields have been added to clarify the difference between credit card transactions that are on “Draft” expense reports versus those that haven’t been added to any expense reports yet.
    • Help text has been added to the report output page to further clarify the purpose of the two new fields. The text states, “On this report, Expense Report and Expense Report Status are only populated for credit card transactions that are on an expense report saved in “Draft” (not submitted) status. These fields will be blank for any unexpensed transactions that have not been added to a draft expense report.”
