Coming Soon: Suspense Reporting Enhancements

Summary

In early April, a new Workday report, Suspense Balances Review – Yale, will be released to enhance the monitoring and prevention of suspense transactions. 

Details

The report will provide business units with accurate suspense balances while closing the significant data gaps prevalent in the current suspense reporting architecture. Additionally, it will provide business units with an all-encompassing report to monitor both labor and non-labor suspense transactions, aiming to reduce the number of reports used, while developing consistent processes across the university. The Financial Review Checklist dashboard will also be updated with improved labor and non-labor suspense tiles.

Further details will be provided once the changes are live in early April. Announcements will be circulated in future Business Updates and in various community forums.
