Enhancement to the Account Balances Detail – Yale report

Effective Friday, March 22, 2024, the ‘Account Balances Detail – Yale’ report was enhanced to include the Budget Date as a field in the details view. Also, to facilitate user review and pivot functionality, ‘Fiscal Period by Budget Date’ has been added as a ‘View by’ option. The enhancements were made to all columns on the report except the ‘Ending Balance’ and ‘Remaining Balance’ columns, as Workday functionality will not allow these changes at this time. 

For the ‘Commitments’ column, users must first click on the data point to view or drill further by commitments and obligations. Budget date enhancements have been made to both fields to provide insight into active and liquidated commitments and obligations.
