Financial Review Checklist Updates: Workday Learning Reports

The Financial Review Checklist (FRC) (Form 1101 FR.01) has been reviewed and updated. The FRC has been updated to reflect the new Workday Learning program that has replaced the Training and Management System (TMS). These revisions include updating the recommended report section to include Learning Assignment Details – Yale and Learning Assignment Statuses - Yale. Roles required to access and run these reports include the following: Business Partners (BP), Strategic Business Partners (SBP), and Human Resource Business Partners (HR BP). Departments are expected to use the revised FRC on a going forward basis effective with the March 2024 month end close. To easily identify these changes, the FRC has been published with revisions denoted with yellow cells and green text. This will be temporary and will be posted as such for the next 30 days, at which time the highlighted changes will be removed.
