Find Awards and Grants - Yale

The report ‘Find Awards and Grants - Yale’ has been enhanced to include the ‘Document ID’ field. This field will allow both distributed and central users to better identify Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) awards in Workday. Payment Management System (PMS) uses the ‘Document ID’ to identify awards, while central and distributed users typically use the ‘Federal Award ID Number’ to identify awards in Workday. This addition to the report bridges that gap and allows better visibility to search and find DHHS awards in PMS and/or Workday. Please contact askfinance@yale.edu with any questions.
