Find MEI Expense Reports by cost center – Yale report enhancements

Effective March 1, 2024, the Find MEI Expense Reports by Cost Center – Yale report was enhanced to include default parameters in the Spend Category by Worktag prompt of the report. This is to assist users with aligning the report to MEI spend categories only. This enhancement is expected to simplify the report results by identifying those expense reports that users are responsible for viewing. The default parameters are listed below:

• Equipment - Animal Caging - Asset Purchase (SC022)
• Equipment - Cleaning & Maintenance - Asset Purchase (SC023)
• Equipment - Computer - Asset Purchase (SC025)
• Equipment - Electrical & Power - Asset Purchase (SC028)
• Equipment - Food Preparation and Serving - Asset Purchase (SC031)
• Equipment - Furniture - Asset Purchase (SC032)
• Equipment - Laboratory Instruments - Asset Purchase (SC034)
• Equipment - Musical Instruments - Asset Purchase (SC047)
• Equipment - Office & Photographic - Asset Purchase (SC048)
• Equipment - Recreational and Athletic - Asset Purchase (SC051)
• Equipment - Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Air Circulation - Asset Purchase (SC052)
• Equipment - Shop - Asset Purchase (SC053)
• Equipment - Vehicles - Asset Purchase (SC058)

These parameters can be removed by clicking on the “x” to the left of each item in the event the user considers the item relevant for their purposes.
