Favorite moments from the conference

As the recent One IT conference ended, participants shared their favorite moments on Teams—from learning and networking to New Haven-style pizza. IT staff noted that they enjoyed:

• “Seeing old friends and acquaintances and meeting some new ones” – Mike Macary
• “Watching the Early Career Professionals Spotlight panel. Tristen Lawrence, Alex Wynn, Precious Humphrey, Ruben Kwigwasa – talk about showing IT how much value you bring to this organization. It really was awesome to witness.” – Michelle Morgan
• “Loved all the AI panels!” – Will Walker
• “It was a great opportunity for me to learn about all the exciting topics and be able to see everyone in person. I hope we do more of these going forward.” – Netal Patel
• “The ‘Emergency Pizza’ as I am calling it, was clutch!” – Naomi Erwich

An anonymous post-event survey also yielded positive feedback, including:

• “I enjoyed seeing some areas of campus that I have never been to before.”
• “Content was fantastic…choice of guest speakers was very good. Venues were well thought out, and everyone was well fed and accommodated.”
• “It was a day to learn about technology that is outside my normal job. It was also very interesting to see how all of the different teams work together.”
• “Getting together with so many people in one day! The high energy. Fantastic keynote panel! Plenty to choose from. Not too much to choose from.”
