The Hire business process in Workday has been updated to add a task to assign costing allocations for “temporary/casual (fixed term)” individuals. The task will be routed to the Cost Center Payroll Costing Specialist. This change is effective for newly initiated hires beginning April 10.

This update was generated due to departmental feedback from the OneFinance Financial Review Enhancement Project to automate and streamline the process, reducing time spent during the Financial Review Checklist related steps.
