Upcoming past due notifications for Campus Health requirements and learning assignments

Email notifications for Yale community members who are past due in completing campus health requirements or learning assignments associated with their roles will commence on June 5 and June 12, respectively.

If you are past due or have upcoming university health requirements, you will receive a Health On Track notification weekly. To find your health requirements, you can access them through the Health On Track home page or through the left-hand navigation on the Workday Learning home page. If you believe a health requirement was assigned incorrectly, please use the Contact Us tab in Health On Track or contact campus.health.systems@yale.edu.

If you are past due in completing learning assignments, you will receive a Workday Learning past due notification monthly. To find your learning assignments, access Workday through the top navigation on the It’s Your Yale portal. Once in Workday, you’ll find Learning from the Menu tab, accessible in the upper left navigation of the home page. If you believe a learning assignment was assigned incorrectly, please contact learning@yale.edu.

The notifications will also provide instructions for accessing your requirements or assignments. Please be aware that you may not have access to some Yale systems or services until you have completed the required health actions or learning assignments.

Please note that Workday is Yale’s financial management and human capital management information system.
