Wellness Wednesdays on the It’s Your Yale homepage will focus on wellness and well-being as a section dedicated to the free opportunities at Yale to take part in classes, workshops, events, and to the rich benefits offered by the university’s Signature Benefits.

Being Well at Yale offers “Mindful Self-Compassion Skills” on August 18. This 60-minute workshop is focused on “day to day ways we can develop mindful self-compassion skills. Compassion is a simple concept around connecting with ourselves and others with kindness and gentleness and acknowledging our common humanity.”
