Learn & Grow December 2019 Survey Results


We had 33 staff members participate in the December Learn & Grow survey about mid-year performance reviews. A summary of the results can be found below. Please remember that Yale provides a series of resources to support managers and staff members in giving and receiving feedback on their job performance. It encourages staff members to engage in a dialogue with their managers if they feel that they are not receiving timely feedback, and to review FAQs for Managerial and Professional Staff and FAQs for Clerical and Technical Staff, for further information. We also encourage managers to attend training and review additional online tools and forms, to guide their performance discussions with their team members.
