Gentile details Psychiatry’s action plans

Steve Gentile has been at Yale for over 26 years mainly as a lead administrator in the medical school. In October 2017, he joined the Department of Psychiatry, about the time the Workplace Survey results were being shared in university departments. His first task as the new lead administrator was to utilize the results in Psychiatry, and focus on the 50-person Business Operations team of C&T and M&P staff members to do this.
