Knowledge is Power! Introducing Knowledge Compare

On June 17, the ServiceNow Development and Support Team will introduce Knowledge Compare. This new functionality will enhance the Knowledge Approval Process by allowing approvers to easily see the differences between the newer version and previous version of an article. It will be accessed through Agent Workspace and will be available to anyone with access to the Incident Module. Some benefits include:
- Side by side version compare with changes highlighted.
- More informed approval decisions.
- Familiarity with Agent Workspace. Look for more information, in the coming months, as additional Agent Workspace functionality is introduced.
