Form creators can tailor these forms to request the exact information needed to deliver your product or service quickly and correctly. Advanced workflow functions help route each step to the right team without requiring manual intervention. You can track and report requests submitted through the forms directly within ServiceNow. The platform also includes built-in communications between the requestor and the team who receives the request.
