IT Job Family Redesign pilot training and information sessions

Please be advised of upcoming IT Job Family Redesign pilot training and information sessions regarding how to work in and manage pay in a market-based structure. These sessions have been designed to help you and your manager understand the complexities of pay management and ensure you all have the knowledge and skills required to effectively talk about and manage pay-related issues.

The training and information sessions will cover a range of topics, including the purpose and uses of a market-based structure, salary administration guidelines, ITS pay practices and how to have a conversation about pay. These sessions will provide you with valuable insights into the best practices and tools needed to work in and manage pay in this structure.
