Telephone replacement project runs through Aug. 15

Yale ITS communicated a request for support to all lead administrators and operations managers for the ITS campus-wide telephone upgrade project running through August 15.
As not all buildings are impacted, please review the project plan (may require login with NetID credentials) to determine if your building is scheduled for an upgrade and view the related timeframes. We’ve asked lead administrators and operations managers whose buildings are scheduled to share this survey as soon as possible with individuals in their department or area of responsibility.
Technicians will provide drop cards with instructions for any phones upgraded as part of this maintenance. IT support staff with ITIL access to ServiceNow may review CHG008130 (requires login) to obtain a digital copy of this information or additional details about this Change; others may contact the ITS Help Desk for this information.
