Olivia-Renee Best has joined the Talent Acquisition (TA) team as a Recruiter, reporting to Christina Hayden. As a Recruiter, Olivia will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, sourcing, screening, and recommending talent. Olivia has over 4 years of experience in recruiting and brings a strong background in sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and high-volume recruitment. Before joining us, Olivia served as a temp Recruiter within TA and formerly held a Recruiter role at Amazon.

Yale Human Resources is pleased to announce this recent promotion:

Raina Sorgenti has joined the Talent Acquisition (TA) team as Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, reporting to Janet Gipson. This role involves oversight and execution of the TA technology strategy, recruiting process efficiency, reporting and data analytics strategy, vendor management strategy, and overall effectiveness and performance of TA tools and processes. Raina joined Yale in 2008 and has held several roles within the Staffing/TA function, and in 2016 managed the Absence Management Programs within Total Rewards.
