Toby Bates has joined the Best Practices team as the Associate Director of Best Practices, reporting to Jane Savage. In this role, Toby will lead the Best Practices facilitators as they provide organizational development consulting, facilitation, mediation, and learning and development support on a wide variety of cooperative union-management projects and initiatives. Toby has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources within the public and private sectors, has worked extensively with unions, and holds a Master of Science in Labor Relations from the University of New Haven. Before joining us, Toby most recently served as the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at Wesleyan University.

Esther Oladiran has joined the Employee Relations team as an Employee Relations Support Specialist reporting to Tricia Napor. In this role, Esther will support the Human Resources Business Partners within the Administrative Operations team. Esther has three years of experience, including her most recent work experience with the University of New Haven, where she was an Admission Enrollment Specialist. Esther has also worked as a Human Resource Associate and Talent Strategy and Development Intern. Esther holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a concentration in Talent Analytics from the University of New Haven.

Erin Hogue has joined the Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Sourcer, reporting to Nicholas Barone. As a Talent Sourcer, Erin will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, sourcing, screening, and recommending talent. Erin has over 7 years of experience in talent sourcing and brings a strong background in hiring, recruitment, and market strategies. Before joining us, Erin served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NYU Langone. Erin holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a minor in Advertising from West Virginia University.

Lindsay Marek has joined the Employee Relations team as a Human Resources Business Partner, reporting to Tricia Napor. Supporting the Office of Alumni Affairs and Development, Lindsay will provide alignment as it relates to HR objectives and initiatives that support the business needs across the organization. Lindsay has over 10 years of experience working as a human resources professional, including her most recent work experience with the Housing Authority Risk Retention Group where she was an Employee Relations Manager. Lindsay joins us with a wealth of background in employee relations, workforce planning, benefits, and talent recruitment, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Nursing from Western CT State University.
