Lizzy Guillen has joined the Total Rewards team as a Senior Administrative Assistant reporting to Bruce Monte. In this role, Lizzy will provide high-level administrative support for the Total Rewards department. Lizzy has over 15 years of experience within the administrative field. Prior to joining us, Lizzy served as a Recruiter/Talent Advisor for The Walt Disney Company and as an executive assistant for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and the Office of the CHRO at Xerox. Lizzy holds an associate’s degree in the Liberal Arts/Secretarial Program from Gibbs College.

Angela Reese has joined the Employee Engagement and Workplace Culture team as Manager, WorkLife & Child Care Programs reporting to Deborah Stanley-McAulay. Angela joins us from Indiana University where she served as a work-life analyst for the last six years. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education, Angela champions a workplace culture that honors and embraces the complete identity and multiple roles of the employee at work and beyond.
