PO Procedure Information Session presentation and recording available

The Purchase Order (PO) Procedure Information Session recording and presentation have been posted to the Procurement website and are available to view.

Details

Information Sessions were held from Nov. 1 through Nov. 16 to review the updated 3201 PR.01 Purchase Order Process that became effective in July. In addition to highlighting the updates to the Purchase Order procedure, these Information Sessions also:

• Introduced a new Quick Reference Guide to assist purchase order requisitioners and approvers through the steps of the PO lifecycle.
• Demonstrated the newly created PO Dashboard/Reports in Workday to help you better track and manage your POs.
