Jonas Lee has joined the HR Innovation and Strategic Support team as the HR Manager of People Analytics and Talent Insights. In this role, Jonas will play a pivotal part in guiding the conception, execution, and optimization of technology-powered solutions that support our Human Resources functions. With a focus on HR People Analytics and Talent Insights, Jonas will harness the power of data and analytics to provide invaluable insights into critical areas such as talent management, workforce planning, and overall HR strategies. Jonas joins us from Vroom, Inc., where he served as the Head of People Systems and Analytics. Before that, he contributed his expertise to the People Analytics team at the National University of Singapore. With over 8 years of experience in people analytics technologies, Jonas brings a robust background and a wealth of insights to our organization.

Junia McGraw has joined the Total Rewards team as the Assistant Director of Absence Programs. In this role, Junia will be responsible for the overall administration and planning for staff Leaves of Absence (LOA), staff Accommodations, Workers Compensation, Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off. The role supports the family-friendly and diverse needs of faculty and staff as well as the operational needs of departments in dealing with qualified medical and family issues and assures compliance and alignment with all government regulations, University polices, collective bargaining agreements, and overall goals of the University while preventing fraud and abuse. Junia joins us from Red Hat where she served as a Senior Benefits Program Manager and brings a strong background and over 12 years’ experience in large-volume, complex, and diverse disability and leave programs. Junia holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University.

Yale Human Resources is pleased to announce this recent promotion:

Victor Fuentes has been promoted to Total Rewards Configuration Analyst 2, HCM reporting to Heather Barnett, Manager, Human Resources, HRISS. Victor transitioned to this role on January 1, 2024, having previously served as an HR Operational Services Specialist.
