Jasmine Patron has joined Human Resources as an HR Operations Administrative Coordinator reporting to Susan Riggs. Jasmine will provide high-level analytical and administrative support to the Human Resources Operations leadership team. This role will serve as the building lead for facilities requests and issues including vendor coordination, annual safety walk-throughs, emergency preparedness, and access requests as well as coordinating HR-wide ordering of computer equipment and furniture. This role is also responsible for the creation of monthly and quarterly Salesforce metrics reporting for the Employee Service Center and serves as Workday invoice specialist in support of the Human Resources Business Office. Jasmine has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s in management and organizational leadership. She joins the HR team from the Yale Cancer Center where she has worked since 2020.

Forel Kourouma has joined Yale Temporary Staffing Services (YTSS) as a Senior Administrative Assistant, reporting to Kristen Maloney. In this role, Forel will be assigned to a diverse range of departments across the university in temporary assignments as a Senior Administrative Assistant. Before joining YTSS, Forel was a Property Manager for the Hurley Group in New Haven where he managed the property operation of 1.5 million square feet of commercial properties, including apartments, bioscience labs, industrial spaces, office buildings, and parking lots. Prior to this role, Forel worked for Yale as an Administrative Assistant on the YTSS team where he worked in various assignments throughout the university. Forel holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hampshire College.

Leah Streeper has joined Human Resources as a Recruiting Marketing Specialist reporting to Christina Hayden. As a Recruiting Marketing Specialist, Leah will develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies for Yale Talent Acquisition and build campaigns for key roles throughout the university in alignment with TA sourcing strategies. Leah will strategically market and advertise employment opportunities at Yale, along with highlighting key employer value proposition messaging, on diverse platforms to build and maintain strong talent pipelines. Leah has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and joins Yale with over seven years of experience in human resources specifically within talent acquisition.

William Jones has joined Human Resources as a Talent Acquisition Partner reporting to Christina Hayden. William has worked within the HR team in a temporary position as a Talent Acquisition Partner over the past 7 months and joined Yale with over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition across various organizations. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, William will partner with hiring managers throughout Yale University in attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent by implementing and leveraging best practices and recruitment strategies. As a key member of the hiring team, William will develop and execute recruitment strategies in support of current vacancies and long-term needs ensuring a positive experience for candidates and managers alike.
